I have been dealing with a chronic pain problem that's left me physically disabled for about a decade, and was only recently able to diagnose the specific reason: I have a rare genetic disorder.

I'm gonna need a tiny bit of assistance paying for cab rides/bus passes/Ubers to my appointments with various specialists in order to treat it...

...Which is why I'm releasing this little collection today!

I'd normally make something like this free, but I need to raise funds. I'll be mostly okay with the help from my partner, but I can't make them pay for everything...!
